  1. Lot LOT-0001: Rahmenvereinbarung Kommunikationsagentur

    Die Auftraggeberin schreibt im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Rahmenvertragspartner zur Unterstützung ihrer Kommunikationsarbeit durch eine Kommunikationsagentur aus. Der Leistungsgegenstand umfasst insbesondere Redaktion, Public Affairs/Public Relations und Medienarbeit, Standortkommunikation einschließlich Bürgerhotline und Besuchergruppen, Bild und Bewegtbild, Veranstaltungen, Konzeption sowie die Unterstützung beim Aufbau und Betrieb eines Infozentrums/Showrooms. Die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt zwei Jahre und beginnt mit der Zuschlagserteilung. Die DET kann die Rahmenvereinbarung zweimal um jeweils ein Jahr verlängern, jeweils einseitig in Textform und spätestens einen Monat vor dem Ende der jeweiligen Laufzeit. Ein Anspruch auf Verlängerung besteht nicht. Die Rahmenvereinbarung endet in jedem Fall mit Ausschöpfung der Höchstmenge von 8.000 Stunden.
