Bauueberwachungsleistungen - Neubau ESTW-A Berlin-Nordost und ESTW-A Ahrensfelde Das Gesamtprojekt umfasst die Modernisierung der Leit- und Sicherungstechnik in den Bahnhoefen Berlin-Nordost und Ahrensfelde durch die Einfuehrung neuer elektronischer Stellwerke (ESTW SIMIS D) mit Anbindung an die Unterzentrale Berlin-Lichtenberg. Die Inbetriebnahme ist fuer Oktober 2028 vorgesehen. BAHR: Die Massnahmen umfassen die Erneuerung der Leit- und Sicherungstechnik mit neuen Ks-Signalen, Achszaehlertechnik und Weichenantrieben, die Anpassung der PZB sowie Optimierungen von Fahrstrassen und Durchrutschwegen. Darueber hinaus erfolgen Arbeiten im Kabeltiefbau, der Telekommunikation, den 50-Hz-Anlagen sowie Anpassungen an den Bahnuebergaengen bei km 13,7 und km 14,4. Ergaenzt werden die Massnahmen durch Kabelneuordnung, neue Glasfaserverbindungen und die Integration der TK-, GSM-R-, DB-MAS- und Uebertragungssysteme. BNO: Im Bahnhof Berlin-Nordost erfolgt der Neubau und die Einbindung des ESTW mit neuen Ks-Signalen, Achszaehlertechnik und Weichenantrieben. Zudem werden Gleis- und Weichenanlagen angepasst, neue Kabeltrassen errichtet sowie TK-, OSE- und Energieversorgungsanlagen integriert bzw. erneuert. Weitere Schwerpunkte sind die Anpassung des Bahnuebergangs Frank-Zappa-Strasse sowie die Einbindung des bestehenden EOW-Bereichs.
