Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, schreibt im Namen der Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT) den Neubau für das Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies aus. Das vorliegende LV beschreibt die Errichtung der Heizungsanlage und der Kälteanlage in den drei Etagen des Inkubators (GCT) im Laborgebäude "Neubau Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies" Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin. Das Leistungsverzeichnis beinhaltet die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der folgenden Komponenten: - ca. 2.600 Meter Rohrinstallation aus Edelstahl gepresst, - ca. 590 m² Metall-Heiz-/Kühldeckensegel, - ca. 60 Umluftkühler/ -heizer als 4-Leiter-Geräte, - ca. 12 Umluftkühler als 2-Leiter-Geräte - Dokumentation - Druckproben - Dämm- und Isolierarbeiten - Brandschottungen Es bestehen gesonderte Anforderungen nach dem Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG), siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
