Die EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG (Auftraggeber) beabsichtigt einen Konzern-Rahmenvertrag zur Allgefahrenversicherung für das komplette Windenenergieanlagenportfolio (onshore) des EnBW Konzerns bzw. für den Auftraggeber sowie die mit ihm gemäß §§ 15 ff. AktG verbundenen Unternehmen auszuschreiben. Gegenstand dieses Versicherungsvertrages ist die obligatorische Absicherung des Sachschadenrisikos der kompletten Windparks (Windenergieanlagen, Verkabelung, Umspannwerke, Einspeisestationen, etc.). Die Absicherung des Betriebsunterbrechungs-/Ertragsausfallrisikos ist fakultativ. Die Allgefahrenversicherung gilt grundsätzlich subsidiär zum jeweiligen Wartungsvertrag
