Die EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG beabsichtigt die Beschaffung einer E‑Rechnungslösung zur mandantenfähigen Erstellung, Verarbeitung, Übermittlung und Verwaltung elektronischer Rechnungen. Das Leistungsobjekt umfasst sämtliche fachlichen und technischen Funktionen, die für den rechtskonformen Empfang, die Verarbeitung, den Versand sowie die Archivierung elektronischer Rechnungen erforderlich sind. Die Leistungen beinhalten sowohl die Einführung der E‑Rechnungslösung einschließlich der erforderlichen Migrations-, Beratungs-, Schulungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen als auch den anschließenden Betrieb der notwendigen Systemkomponenten. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Vertrags über die Bereitstellung, Implementierung und den Betrieb der E‑Rechnungslösung für den Zeitraum vom voraussichtlich 01.04.2027 bis zum 31.05.2032. Der vollumfängliche Produktivbetrieb für die ersten beiden Mandanten ist für den 07.02.2028 vorgesehen. Im Anschluss erfolgt die sukzessive Anbindung weiterer Mandanten im Rahmen eines gestaffelten Rollout-Konzepts.
