    Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen die landschaftsbaulichen Arbeiten für das gesamte Plan-gebiet, einschließlich der Herstellung von Wegeflächen, Platzbereichen, Grünanlagen, Spielplatzflä-chen sowie weiterer freiraumplanerischer Maßnahmen. Zusätzlich sind im Rahmen einer Ausgleichsmaßnahme an einem weiteren Standort in Rommerskir-chen drei Bäume zu pflanzen. Aufgrund der parallel stattfindenden Hochbauarbeiten und zur Vermeidung von Schnittstellenkonflikten sowie Überschneidungen wird die Ausführung der Freianlagen in mehrere Bauabschnitte unterteilt. Die einzelnen Bauabschnitte sind im Leistungsverzeichnis näher beschrieben.
