Die Landeshauptstadt Magdeburg beabsichtigt den Abschluss eines Konzessionsvertrages über den Betrieb und die Bewirtschaftung der Stadthalle, der dazu gehörigen Event-Plaza und der Parkplatzanlage. Der/Die Konzessionsnehmer*in hat eine Betriebspflicht. Die Betriebspflicht erstreckt sich auf den gesamten Konzessionsgegenstand. Sie umfasst dabei alle Handlungen, die zu einer sicheren und vertragsgemäßen Nutzung des Konzessionsgegenstands erforderlich sind. Der/Die Konzessionsnehmer*in hat alle gesetzlichen Anforderungen einzuhalten. Weitere Einzelheiten zum Leistungsinhalt ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung

  1. Lot LOT-0000: Betrieb und Bewirtschaftung der Stadthalle

    Die Stadthalle hat eine Nettogrundfläche von 13.993 m² sowie eine anteilige Außenfläche von 43.317 m2 (inkl. Event-Plaza). Die zur Verfügung gestellte Fläche ist den der Leistungsbeschreibung beigefügten Grundrissen (Anlage 4.2) zu entnehmen. Innerhalb des Veranstaltungsbetriebs sind folgende, unabhängig voneinander nutzbare Bereiche vorgesehen: • Großer Saal • Multifunktionsfoyer • Blüthnersaal • Kleiner Saal • Garderobenfoyer • Lichthof Ost und Lichthof West. Aktuell finden umfassende Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsarbeiten der Stadthalle und deren Außenanlagen statt. Die Fertigstellung der Sanierung ist für den 31.12.2026 geplant. In der Zeit vom 01.01.2027 bis 30.04.2027 soll der Probebetrieb durch die/den Konzessionsnehmer*in erfolgen. Ab dem 29.05.2027 soll die Stadthalle in den Betrieb gehen. An diesem Datum wurde die Stadthalle vor 100 Jahren erstmals eröffnet. Es findet zu diesem Anlass eine Jubiläumsfeier statt. Dieser festliche Rahmen soll zur offiziellen Übergabe der Stadthalle an die/ den Konzessionsnehmer*in genutzt werden. Spätester Zeitpunkt für diese Betriebsaufnahme ist der 1. Juni 2027 (Stichtag). Der Betrieb und die Bewirtschaftung wird für einen Zeitraum von maximal 20 Jahren ausgeschrieben. Weitere Einzelheiten zum Leistungsinhalt ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung
