From the notice

Im Zuge der Neubaumaßnahme der Leibniz Universität Hannover wird der erste Bauabschnitt des Institutsgebäudes 3704 "Digital Innovation Campus" mit einer BGF von ca. 4.600 m2 errichtet. Das Gebäude soll zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt um einen zweiten Bauabschnitt (von ca. 2.300 m2 BGF) erweitert werden. Das Grundstück liegt im Stadtteil Nordstadt, im Universitätsbereich Schneiderberg. Das Baufeld befindet sich innerhalb einer Liegenschaft der Leibniz Universität Hannover. Die südliche Begrenzung bildet die Appelstraße, die östliche der Schneiderberg. Im Norden des Grundstücks befindet sich Wohnbebauung, im Westen der Neue Friedhof St. Nikolai. Die hier vorliegende Ausschreibung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf den ersten Bauabschnitt. Die Errichtung des zweiten Bauabschnitts erfolgt in einer gesonderten Maßnahme.
