From the notice

Im Zuge der Neubaumaßnahme der Leibniz Universität Hannover wird der erste Bauabschnitt des Institutsgebäudes 3 704 "D igital Innovation Campus" mit einer BGF von ca . 4 .600 m 2 errichtet. Das Gebäude soll zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt um einen zweiten Bauabschnitt ( v on ca. 2 .300 m2 BGF) erweitert werden. Der Neubau vervollständigt den vorhandenen Block aus bestehenden Universitätsgebäuden nach Nordosten hin. Der Eingang ist zum Blockinnenbereich nach Süden zum bestehenden Campus hin orientiert. Geplant ist ein kompakter, annähernd quadratischer Baukörper mit den Abmessungen 33 x 32,50m im Grundriss und einem Untergeschoss über die gesamte Fläche sowie drei Obergeschossen. Im ersten Obergeschoss befindet sich nach Osten orientiert ein offener Innenhof . D ie Geschosshöhen betragen 4,26m im Erdgeschoss und 3,50m in den Obergeschossen. Es handelt sich um ein Institutsgebäude mit überwiegend Büronutzung in den Obergeschossen und Unterrichtsbereichen mit Hörsaal im Erdgeschoss.
