Die Aufrechterhaltung der perioperativen Normothermie ist Bestandteil einer sicheren anästhesiologischen Versorgung. Für die Bereiche Anästhesie, Operationssaal, Aufwachraum sowie bei Bedarf Intensivmedizin benötigt das Universitätsklinikum Bonn ein klinikweit einsetzbares System zur aktiven konvektiven Patientenwärmung. Das System muss ein wirksames Prewarming bereits während der Narkoseeinleitung und eine kontinuierliche Wärmung während der weiteren perioperativen Versorgung ermöglichen. Gegenstand dieser Leistungsbeschreibung ist die bedarfsgerechte Miete eines wiederverwendbaren Gesamtsystems aus textilen Wärmedecken und Wärmeunterlagen, den zugehörigen Warmluftgeräten sowie sämtlichen für den sicheren Betrieb erforderlichen Komponenten. Der Auftrag umfasst zugleich die regelmäßige hygienische Aufbereitung, Abholung und Rücklieferung der Textilien, die Instandhaltung der Geräte sowie Ersatz und Reparatur bei Verschleiß, Beschädigung oder technischem Ausfall. Ziel ist eine verlässliche, ressourcenschonende und in die klinischen Abläufe integrierbare Versorgung mit konvektiven Patientenwärmesystemen. Der Auftragnehmer stellt während der gesamten Vertrags-laufzeit eine ausreichende Zahl funktionsfähiger Warmluftgeräte und hygienisch aufbereiteter Mehr-weg-Wärmetextilien im Mietsystem bereit. Die erforderlichen Mengen, Lieferstellen und Abrufmodalitäten ergeben sich aus den weiteren Vergabeunterlagen und werden im Rahmen der Implementierung standortbezogen abgestimmt.
