Lot LOT-0001: Klinikum Bayreuth_TMon IBM
Die Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH beabsichtigt die Umsetzung des ersten und zweiten Bauabschnitts der neu ausgerichteten Zielplanung zur Modernisierung des Klinikstandorts Bayreuth. Gegenstand der Maßnahme ist der Neubau eines OP-Gebäudes südlich des bestehenden Klinikkomplexes. Der Neubau ersetzt die bisherige Planung des ersten Bauabschnitts und bildet den Auftakt einer langfristigen, abschnittsweisen Erneuerung des Gesamtstandorts. Grundlage der Planung sind das überarbeitete Funktions- und Raumprogramm sowie die Ergebnisse der Nutzerabstimmungen. Der Neubau des Bauabschnitts 1 (BA1) umfasst die zentralen medizinischen Funktionsbereiche des Klinikbetriebs, darunter die Zentrale Notaufnahme (ZNA), die Radiologie, die Zentralsterilisation (ZSVA), Ambulanz- und Diagnoktikbereiche, Intensiv- und Intermediate-Care-Einheiten, Entbindungsbereiche, den Zentral-OP mit Holding- und Aufwachbereichen sowie den Hubschrauberlandeplatz auf Ebene 3. Das Gebäude wird über mehrere Ebenen an den bestehenden Klinikkomplex angebunden und ist bereits auf die spätere Realisierung weiterer Bauabschnitte abgestimmt. Der Bauabschnitt 2 (BA2) umfasst ein Bettenhaus mit insgesamt 265 Betten. Die bauliche Anbindung an den BA1 erfolgt über die Ebene -4. Beide Bauabschnitte werden über eine gemeinsame Technikzentrale versorgt. Darüber hinaus ist für jeden Bauabschnitt eine Photovoltaikanlage mit einer Leistung von jeweils 50 kWp vorgesehen. Neben den medizinischen Nutzungen umfasst die Maßnahme die vollständige technische und logistische Erschlie-ßung des Neubaus einschließlich der erforderlichen Energie- und Medienversorgung, der haustechnischen Anla-gen sowie der zugehörigen Infrastruktur- und Technikflächen. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Schaffung einer zukunfts-fähigen baulichen und funktionalen Infrastruktur für die akut-, intensiv- und operationsmedizinische Versorgung am Standort Bayreuth. Aufgrund der hohen technischen Komplexität eines Krankenhauses der Maximalversorgung sowie der zahlreichen gebäudetechnischen Schnittstellen ist für beide Bauabschnitte ein strukturiertes Technisches Monitoring und Inbetriebnahmemanagement erforderlich.
