    Das Hebepumpwerk befindet sich an einer neuralgischen Stelle der Abwasserableitung in Richtung Klärwerk. Das Schachtpumpwerk ist 21,4m tief und kann durch einen auf der Zwischendecke in 16m Tiefe reichenden Treppenturm begangen werden. Der Innendurchmesser beträgt 12m. Der Umbau des Maschinenraums des Hebepumpwerks beinhaltet: Rückbau der gesamten Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik - 3x Druckleitungen DN400 Länge ca. 18 m inkl. Armaturen - 3x Saugleitungen DN500 Länge ca. 2,5m inkl. Krümmer und Armaturen - weiter Demontagen von Pumpen, Messgeräte, Gitterrostebenen - Rückbau der Zwischendecke mit Pumpenmontageöffnungen, ca 85cm dick, - Rückbau einer Betonauffüllung Volumen ca. 110 m³ Wiederaufbau der Stahlkonstruktion, neuer Pumpen, neuer Rohrleitungen in DN 300 bis DN 800, Armaturen, neuer Gitterrostebenen.
