    Das Hebepumpwerk befindet sich an einer neuralgischen Stelle der Abwasserableitung in Richtung Klärwerk. Das Schachtpumpwerk ist 21,4 m tief und kann über einen Treppenturm begangen werden, der bis zu einer Zwischendecke in 16 m Tiefe reicht. Der Innendurchmesser beträgt 12 m. Der Umbau EMSR des Hebepumpwerks beinhaltet: - Werks- und Montageplanung sowie Fortschreibung des Pflichtenhefts, der Listen und Schaltpläne bis zur vollständigen Bestandsdokumentation - Elektrische Netzplanung (NS-Netz) zur Integration der zusätzlichen Verbraucher in den Bestand - Demontage von Stromkreisen in der bauseitigen Schaltanlage - Erstellung zusätzlicher Stromkreise in der bauseitigen Schaltanlage - Erweiterung von Nothaltkreisen - Zurückziehen und Sichern elektrischer Leitungen - Erstellung von Kabel- und Leitungsanlagen - Wiederanschließen von bauseits gesicherten elektrischen Leitungen - Herstellung und Montage von Wandgeräten und Klemmkästen - Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Frequenzumrichtern (Schrankaufstellung) - Auslegung und Inbetriebnahme eines aktiven Netzfilters - Anschließen von Messgeräten - Umbau der Beleuchtungsanlage im Maschinenraum sowie Parametrierung der Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage - Umbau und Inbetriebnahme von Steuerungshardware - Programmierarbeiten in der SPS - Erstellen und Ergänzen der Dokumentation - Durchführung von Signalprüfungen und Funktionstests
