Das Gebäudemanagement der Stadt Mönchengladbach (gmmg) errichtet auf einem unbebauten Grundstück südlich der Stadtmitte von Mönchengladbach, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hochschulcampus und zum Grenzlandstadion, nördlich der Breite Straße, einen Neubau für eine Gesamtschule für eine 6-zügige Sekundarstufe I und eine 3-zügige Sekundarstufe II. Das Projekt umfasst ein Schulgebäude, welches in zwei Bauabschnitten realisiert wird. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungs- und Bauleistungen für die schlüsselfertige Herstellung der Schulgebäude einschließlich Freianlagen für den 1. und 2. Bauabschnitt wie auch die Tiefgründung des 2. Bauabschnitts auf Grundlage einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung. Die Bauleistungen sind im Zeitraum vom 30.06.2027 bis zum 26.08.2031 auszuführen.

    Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Planungs- und Bauleistungen für die schlüsselfertige Herstellung des Neubaus der 7. Gesamtschule Mönchengladbach auf Grundlage einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Ausführungsplanung gemäß Leistungsphase 5 HOAI, die Koordination sämtlicher Planungs- und Bauleistungen sowie die schlüsselfertige Errichtung der Schulgebäude einschließlich Sporthalle, Tiefgarage, Technischer Gebäudeausrüstung, Gründung und Außenanlagen. Das Projekt wird unter Anwendung der BIM-Methode realisiert. Die Gesamtmaßnahme umfasst eine Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 24.265 m² und wird in zwei Bauabschnitten umgesetzt. Die Baugruben-, Verbau- und Tiefgründungsleistungen des 1. Bauabschnitts sind Gegenstand einer separaten Vergabe. Die Tiefgründung des 2. Bauabschnitts ist Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen. Ziel der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen ist die vollständige und termingerechte Fertigstellung des 1. Bauabschnitts zum Schuljahresbeginn 2029/30 sowie die Gesamtfertigstellung der Maßnahme zum Schuljahresbeginn 2031/32. Während der Bauausführung ist die Sicherheit des Schulbetriebs sowohl in der angrenzenden Interimsschule während der Errichtung des 1. Bauabschnitts als auch im fertiggestellten 1. Bauabschnitt während der Errichtung des 2. Bauabschnitts jederzeit sicherzustellen. Weitere Angaben enthält eine im elektronischen Projektraum bereitgestellte Aufgaben- und Projektbeschreibung nebst Planunterlagen. Weitere, erst für die Abgabe eines Angebots erforderliche Unterlagen, werden erst den im Teilnahmewettbewerb ausgewählten Unternehmen zur Verfügung gestellt.
