  1. Lot LOT-0000: VE-08 Starkstrom - Lüftungsgerät L001 und L002

    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe sind folgende Leistungen: Im Rahmen des Projektes Sanierung Technikzentrale LZ10 werden Starkstrominstallationen im Terminal 1, Außenbereich Gebäude Geb. 200 (ehemaliger Klinikhof), in Geb. 202 (Verbindungsgang BC) und Geb. 203 (Lüftungszentrale LZ10 und PTS-Bahnhof) erforderlich. Die Sanierung soll unter laufendem Betrieb unter Aufrechterhaltung der Versorgung aller angeschlossenen Wirkflächen erfolgen. Dabei ist von einer kleinteiligen Bearbeitung mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitsintensitäten auszugehen. Die Arbeiten finden im öffentlichen Bereich, im Betriebsbereich und im Sicherheitsbereich der Fraport AG statt, die erforderlich zugangsvoraussetzungen werden erwartet. Demontageleistungen: - ca. 7 St. Unterverteiler, 80-160 A, Abmessungen ca. 1.000 x 2.200 x 600 mm - ca. 500 m Kabelrinnen, Breiten 100-400 mm, inkl. Hängestielen, Wandauslegern und Befestigungsmaterial - ca. 6.000 m Installationskabel, 3 x 1,5 bis 3 x 4 mm2 sowie 5 x 1,5 bis 5 x 6 mm2 , inkl. Installationsrohren - ca. 300 m Installationskabel, 5 x 10 bis 5 x 25 mm2 - ca. 1.000 m Erdkabel/NYCWY, 4 x 70/16 bis 4 x 150no mm2 - ca. 3.000 m Kabel/Leitungen selektieren, kennzeichnen und umverlegen - ca. 250 St. Installationsgeräte, wie Schuko- und CEE-Steckdosen, Schalter, Abzweigdosen etc. - ca. 200 St. Sicherheitsbeleuchtung (SiBe), Fluchtweghinweisleuchten (FHL) und Allgemeinbeleuchtung Montageleistungen: - 4 St. Unterverteiler, 80-160 A, Abmessungen ca. 1.100 x 2.200 x 600 mm, inkl. LON­Steuerung und erforderlicher Komponenten, jeweils ca. 30 Stromkreise mit ABB SMISSLINE - ca. 600 m Kabelrinnen, 100-400 x 60 mm, inkl. Hängestielen, Auslegern und Befestigungsmaterial; Montagehöhe ca. 4,5 m - ca. 7.000 m halogenfreie Installationskabel, 3 x 1,5 bis 3 x 6 mm2 , inkl. Installationsrohren und Anschlüssen - ca. 500 m halogenfreie Installationskabel, 5 x 1,5 bis 5 x 6 mm2, inkl. Installationsrohren und Anschlüssen - ca. 1.500 m E30-Kabel, 3 x 1,5 bis 3 x 4 mm2 - ca. 450 m E30/E90-Kabel, 4 x 16/16 bis 4 x 70/25 mm2 - ca. 600 m Erdkabel, 5 x 10 bis 5 x 35 mm2 - ca. 400 m NYCWY-Kabel, 4 x 95/35 bis 4 x 150/70 mm2 - ca. 500 St. Kabelanschlüsse, 3 x 1,5 bis 3 x 6 mm2 sowie 5 x 1,5 bis 5 x 6 mm2 - ca. 50 St. Kabelanschlüsse, 5 x 10 bis 5 x 35 mm2 - ca. 20 St. Kabelanschlüsse, 4 x 70/25 bis 4 x 150/70 mm2 - ca. 200 St. Installationsgeräte, wie Steckdosen, Schalter, Abzweigdosen, Steckdosenkombinationen etc. - ca. 110 St. SiBe, FHL sowie Wannenleuchten für die Allgemeinbeleuchtung, 58 W - 1 St. Baustromverteiler, 110 kVA, sowie 3 St. Baustromverteiler, jeweils 44 kVA, inkl. Vorhaltung/Standzeit von ca. 105 Wochen. Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: ca. 2. Quartal 2027 Geplantes Ausführungsende: ca. 4. Quartal 2029
