Lot LOT-0000: VE-13 Gebäudeautomation - Lüftungsgerät L001 und L002
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe sind folgende Leistungen: Im Rahmen des Projektes Sanierung Technikzentrale LZ10 werden Installationen der Gebäudeautomation im Terminal 1, Gebäude Geb. 200, 202 und 203, innerhalb der Lüftungszentrale LZ10 erforderlich. Die Sanierung soll unter laufendem Betrieb unter Aufrechterhaltung der Versorgung aller angeschlossenen Wirkflächen erfolgen. Dabei ist von einer kleinteiligen Bearbeitung mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitsintensitäten auszugehen. Die Arbeiten finden sowohl im öffentlichen Bereich als auch innerhalb des Betriebsbereiches der Fraport AG statt. FM-2026-0212-EU_GA_Anlage_zur_Ausschreibung GA ist zu beachten. Demontageleistungen GA Es sind in der Lüftungszentrale LZ10 insgesamt 10 Stk. Schaltschrankfelder zu demontieren. Die Demontage erfolgt in Bauphasen mit jeweiligen Interimszuständen. Es sind 150 Stk. Feldgeräte (Sensorik und Aktorik zu demontieren) und insgesamt 3500 Stk. Datenpunkte und 3500 Stk. SMT´s im Bestandssystem JCI zurück zu projektieren und zu löschen. Es sind ca. 3500 m Bestandsinstallation zu demontieren. Montageleistungen GA Es werden in den Lüftungszentralen 2 ASP´s gem. Fraport Standard und akt. Lastenheft mit insgesamt 8 Stk. Schaltschrankfelder und 320 phys. Datenpunkte neu errichtet. Es sind folge Massen an Neuinstallationen geplant: ca. 2741 m Niederspannungs-Kabel und Leitungen ca. 1704 m Installation Kabel und Leitungen. Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: ca. 2 Quartal 2027 Geplantes Ausführungsende: ca. 4. Quartal 2029
