Die Stadt Eisenach als Bauherrin beabsichtigt, die in den Jahren 1981/1982 in Typenbauweise SPH-N-18x36 errichtete Schulsporthalle umzubauen und zu sanieren. Das Gebäude besteht aus der eigentlichen Sporthalle und einem angeschlossenen eingeschossigen Sozialtrakt. Die statische Konstruktion besteht aus einem eingespannten Stützen-Riegel-System mit einer Hallen-Dachkonstruktion aus VT-Falten und einem Flachdach auf dem Sozialtrakt. Die Sanierung der Sporthalle ist ein umfassendes Projekt, das eine signifikante Verbesserung und Erweiterung des bestehenden Gebäudes vorsieht. Ziel ist es, die Sporthalle sowohl in Bezug auf ihre Funktionalität als auch ihre energetische Effizienz zu optimieren.
