  1. Lot LOT-0001: Instandhaltung (Wartung, Inspektion, Instandsetzung und Systembetreuung) von Brandfallsteueranlagen mit Anschaltungen der betriebstechnischen Anlagen im Universitätsklinikum Aachen AöR

    Leistungsumfang Wartung, Inspektion, Instandsetzung der Brandfallsteuerungen der Uniklinik RWTH Aachen Mit einer Rufbereitschaft für 24 Stunden am Tag, bei 7 Tagen in der Woche an allen Tagen des Jahres, um die Anforderungen an eine sachgerechte Instandsetzung gemäß den einschlägigen Richtlinien zu erfüllen. Störungsmeldungen sind durch den Auftragnehmer an 365 Tagen im Jahr entgegenzunehmen. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt zwei (2) Jahre mit der Option einer zweimaligen Verlängerung um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr. Die Option kann ausschließlich durch den Auftraggeber gezogen werden. Sofern keine schriftliche Kündigung drei (3) Monate vor Vertragsjahresende erfolgt, verlängert sich der Vertrag um ein weiteres Jahr. Nach vier (4) Jahren endet der Vertrag automatisch, auch ohne schriftliche Kündigung.
