    Für den zweigeschossiger Erweiterungsbaus sind die Gewerke Heizungs- und Sanitärtechnik vollumfänglich zu errichten. Die Sanitärtechnik umfasst die Be- und Entwässerung der Sanitärgegenstände in den Klassenzimmern sowie des Beh. WC's. Die Warmwasserbereitung erfolgt über elektrische Durchlauferhitzer. Die Heizungstechnik beinhaltet die Wärmebereitstellung über eine Luft/Wasser-Wärmepumpe (ca. 22 kW), deren Außengerät auf dem Flachdach montiert wird. Die Beheizung der Räumlichkeiten erfolgt überwiegend mittels Fußbodenheizung.
