    Aufbau eines virtuellen Bürgerbüros mit ausgewählten Verwaltungsleistungen als zusätzlichen Kommunikationsweg bzw. ergänzendes Serviceangebot. Für die Stadtverwaltung wird so ein neuer digitaler Kommunikationsweg eröffnet und den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern ein komfortables Mittel des persönlichen Gespräches, von Angesicht zu Angesicht, ermöglicht. Das virtuelle Bürgerbüro soll per Webbrowser erreichbar sein. Die einzige technische Voraussetzung für Bürger soll ein internetfähiges Endgerät (PC, Notebook, Smartphone, Tablet) mit Mikrofon und Kamera sein. Der angestrebte Projektnutzen bzw. die angedachten Vorteile einer erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung können wie folgt definiert werden: -Zugang zum virtuellen Gespräch für die Bürger mit jedem internetfähigen Endgerät (welches über Mikrofon und Kamera verfügt) -Zeitgewinn/-ersparnis für Bürger -Sprechzeiten der Stadtverwaltung effizienter nutzen -Mehr Homeofficemöglichkeiten für städtische Mitarbeiter -Imagegewinn für die Stadtverwaltung - "Dortmund wird digitaler" -Steigerung der Arbeitgeberattraktivität / Stärkere Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf -Einsparung von Druckkosten, Portokosten, sowie CO²-Emissionen -Implementierung in (Dortmund)APP möglich
