  1. Lot LOT-0000: Bau und Lieferung von zwei Erprobungsbooten "SAMSe WTD"

    1. Der Auftragnehmer muss zwei baugleiche Erprobungsboote Seebasierte Ausbildung und Seeversuche See WTD (SAMSe (WTD)) bauen und liefern, welche zur Durchführung verschiedenster Forschungs- und Erprobungsaufgaben der WTD 71 (Wehrtechnische Dienststelle) auf hoher See benötigt werden. Unter anderem umfassen die Aufgaben: a) das Ein- und Aussetzen sowie Schleppen verschiedenster Erprobungsgeräte, b) Erprobungen von (bzw. mit) Sonargeräten, c) Erprobungen verschiedenster Anlagen und Geräte, wie beispielsweise Kommunikations-, Aufklärungsanlagen oder auch Vortriebs- oder Navigationsanlagen für Marineschiffe, d) die Nutzung als Taucherplattform und e) die militärische Kommunikation mit anderen Teilnehmern, z.B. bei NATO-Manövern. 2. Die zu liefernden Erprobungsboote müssen insbesondere eine hohe Manövrierbarkeit für ihre Aufgabenerfüllung aufweisen. 3. Der Auftragnehmer soll zivile bzw. bewährte Standards wo immer möglich anwenden. 4. Die Inanspruchnahme von Sonderrechten und zulässigen Ausnahmen von Gesetzen bzw. Verordnungen ist nicht vorgesehen. 5. Der Auftragnehmer muss den Ersatz- und Austauschteile-Erstbedarf für die Erprobungsboote liefern. 6. Der Auftragnehmer muss die Dokumentationen zu den Liefer- und Leistungsgegenständen übergeben. 7. Der Auftragnehmer muss die Ausbildung des Bedienerpersonals des Auftraggebers sicherstellen. 8. Die Liefer- und Leistungsgegenstände sollen voraussichtlich in den Jahren 2030 bis 2031 geliefert werden.
