    Das Bauvorhaben ist Teil der Neugestaltung des Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platzes im Stadtzentrum von Leipzig. Nach vorgelagertem Architekturwettbewerb entsteht ein neues Institutsgebäude für das Leibniz-Institut für Länderkunde Leipzig, bestehend aus Tiefgarage, Erd- und Zwischengeschoss sowie sechs Obergeschossen. Die Fassade besteht aus Betonfertigteilen mit einem hohen Fensteranteil und außenliegendem Sonnenschutz. Das nachhaltige Gebäude verfügt zudem über ein Gründach und eine Geothermieanlage. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sollen die Leistungen für Magazinausstattung, Fahrregal- und Regalanlagen ausgeschrieben werden.
