Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beauftragung von zwei ergänzenden, aber voneinander abgegrenzten Sicherheitsdienstleistungen: • Managed Security Operations Center (SOC) 24/7 – Betrieb eines SOC-Level 1 zur kontinuierlichen Überwachung der Systemlandschaft des Auftraggebers • Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) – Bereitstellung von Kapazitäten zur strukturierten Behandlung schwerwiegender Sicherheitsvorfälle auf gesonderte Beauftragung Beide Leistungen sind voneinander abgegrenzt und werden separat beauftragt, können jedoch beim gleichen Auftragnehmer abgerufen werden, um die im Rahmen des SOC-Betriebs gewonnenen Kenntnisse über die Systemlandschaft, Prozesse und Sicherheitsmechanismen des Auftraggebers effizient zu nutzen. Die Leistungen sind unter Berücksichtigung der Vergabeunterlagen, u. a. Bewerbungs- und Ausschreibungsbedingungen, Anforderungskatalog, Leistungsbeschreibung, Vertrag und Preisblatt vom Bieter anzubieten.
