Lieferleistung IP-MPLS Router inkl. Fachberatung und Herstellersupport. Alle Geräte sind vollständig inkl. sämtlicher Leistungsmerkmale und deren Recht zur Nutzung zu liefern. Weiterhin muss der Lieferant gewährleisten, dass zukünftige Software nach Erscheinen unmittelbar für alle erworbenen und bereits in Betrieb befindlichen Geräte kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Hierzu gehören auch Handbücher, Release Notes, MIBs und andere vom Hersteller erstellte Dokumente wie beispielsweise best practise oder andere Lehrunterlagen. Der Auftragnehmer muss zu üblichen Geschäftszeiten (Montag bis Freitag 9 - 17 h) Fachpersonal zur Problemlösung remote verfügbar halten. Reaktionszeit 48 Stunden. Die Ansprechpartner müssen Fachkompetenz über die vollständigen Funktionen der Geräte haben. Insbesondere wird im Netz verwendet: MPLS, OSPF, RSVP, ISIS, LDP, VPLS, VPRN, EPIPE, eth-cfm, OAM SAA, Bandwidth Notification, SNMPv3, group-encryption, QOS, LAG, fast reroute, sync-if-timing. Die Inanspruchnahme des Fachpersonals wird stunden, bzw. tageweise abgerechnet. Eine Abrufmöglichkeit eines Fachexperten über längere Zeiträume zur Abarbeitung von Projekten oder Schaffung von Problemlösungen ist wünschenswert. Aktuell wird zum Management der Router der Nokia NSP in der aktuellen Version auf eigener Hardware verwendet. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung soll ein jährliches Update des Nokia NSP angeboten werden, das sämtlichen Lizenzen zum Management der Nokia Netzelemente beinhaltet.
