Lot LOT-0001: Lieferung, Implementierung, Migration und Inbetriebnahme eines integrierten ERP- und Abrechnungssystem
Die Stadtwerke Forchheim (SWF) betreiben als kommunales Mehrspartenversorgungsunternehmen mehrere Sparten und nehmen dabei zentrale energiewirtschaftliche Marktrollen wahr (u. a. Lieferant, Netzbetreiber und Messstellenbetrieb). Die dafür erforderlichen energiewirtschaftlichen Geschäftsprozesse, insbesondere im Rahmen der Marktkommunikation, werden derzeit über eine bestehende, mehrteilige Systemlandschaft betrieben. Der technische Messstellenbetrieb liegt dabei in der Verantwortung der SWF; das Smart Meter Gateway wird durch einen externen Dienstleister bereitgestellt. Aktuell erfolgt der Betrieb On-Premises im Rechenzentrum der SWF. Vor dem Hintergrund der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Produktlandschaft und des perspektivischen Endes des Supports einzelner eingesetzter Systeme verfolgen die SWF das Ziel, die bestehende ERP- und Abrechnungslandschaft durch eine integrierte, zukunftsfähige Lösung abzulösen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist daher die Lieferung, Implementierung, Migration und Inbetriebnahme eines integrierten ERP- und Abrechnungssystems inkl. Projekt-, Migrations-, Schulungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen. Die zukünftige Lösung soll eine durchgängige Systemlandschaft für kaufmännische, energiewirtschaftliche und technische Prozesse bereitstellen und dabei insbesondere die fachlichen Anforderungen der SWF sowie die mandanten- und revisionssichere Abbildung von Betriebsführungs- und Dienstleistungsstrukturen sicherstellen. Darüber hinaus sollen auch weitere geschäftskritische Funktionen, die derzeit in einer separaten Anwendung bereitgestellt werden, nach Bedarf durch Integrations-, Migrations- oder Lösungsansätze abgedeckt werden. Die angebotene Zielarchitektur kann wahlweise als Cloud-/SaaS- oder On-Premises-Lösung ausgestaltet sein; der Bieter hat die langfristige Unterstützung der relevanten Marktrollen und Prozesse darzustellen.
