  1. Lot LOT-0001: BLB NRW/Köln/Neubau JVA Köln/GU_Trafogebäude

    Auftragsgegenstand ist die betreibungsfähige Errichtung eines Trafogebäudes im Bereich vornehmlich der KG 300 und die behördlich abgenommene Übergabe an den Nutzer als Teil Generalunternehmerleistung mit den dafür notwendigen Bauleistungen. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Realisierung des Trafohauses zur Unterbringung von 3 Transformatoren, einer Netzersatzanlage, einer Kraftstoff-Aufbereitungsanlage sowie 5 Spannungsverteilungs-räumen mit Unterkellerung. Die Ausführung hat entsprechend der Ausführungsplanung in Massivbauweise zu erfolgen, unter Beachtung sicherheitstechnischer, ökologischer und wirtschaftlicher Anforderungen. Während der Bauleistungen werden bauseits Teilleistungen der Sicherheitstechnik sowie Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausstattung durch den AG erbracht. Die Bereitstellung der baulichen Voraussetzungen für den Einbau sowie Einbringung von Bauleistungen durch Drittgewerke ist Bestandteil des Leistungsumfangs. Die dafür notwendigen Schnittstellen zu Terminen und Ausführung sind vom AN entsprechend abzustimmen. Die Wartung und Instandhaltung der vom AN erbrachten Bauleistung erfolgt nach VOB/B. Die Baufeldfreimachung erfolgt über den AG. Die Baustellenstraßen sowie die Baustelleinrichtungsflächen werden dem AG zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese werden auch von Dritten sowie dem AG genutzt.
