    Die Lösung muss die Dokumente vom Eingang über die Erkennung, Klassifizierung, Datenextraktion, fachliche Prüfung und den Abgleich mit den im SAP-System vorhandenen Daten bis zur Klärung von Abweichungen und zur Verbuchung beziehungsweise Aktualisierung der zugehörigen Geschäftsvorgänge durchgängig unterstützen. Bestandteil sind sämtliche erforderlichen Projekt-, Integrations-, Schulungs-, Dokumentations- und Betriebsleistungen. Der SaaS-Betrieb umfasst insbesondere Hosting, Wartung, Pflege, Updates, Releasewechsel, Monitoring, Datensicherung, Wiederherstellung und Support. Sämtliche für den bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb erforderlichen Softwarekomponenten, Konnektoren, Schnittstellen, KI- beziehungsweise Erkennungskomponenten, Drittprodukte und Nutzungsrechte sind Bestandteil der angebotenen Leistung und vollständig im Preisblatt auszuweisen.
