Lot LOT-0001: Zentrum für regionale Erzeugnisse Lübbenau (Gurkenwelt) Fachplanung HLS
Die SPREEWELTEN GMBH beabsichtigt mit dem Bau des Zentrums für regionale Erzeugnisse (ZfrE), der "Gurkenwelt", einen immersiven Erlebnisort zu gestalten, der der Bedeutung der Spreewaldgurke gerecht wird. Das ZfrE wird damit zu einem identitätsstiftenden Ort für die Lausitz und zugleich zu einer zeitgemäßen Markenplattform. Das Gelände und die denkmalgeschützen Gebäude des alten Lokschuppen am Lübbenauer Bahnhof bieten die ideale Kulisse zur Errichtung der "Gurkenwelt". Für die Umsetzung des Gesamtvorhabens wird von Gesamtkosten in Höhe von ca. 30 Mio. EUR (netto) ausgegangen. Im Rahmen dieses VgV-Verfahrens beabsichtigt die SPREEWELTEN GMBH die folgenden Planungsleistungen im Rahmen eines VgV-Verfahrens zu vergeben. Die betreffenden Planungsleistungen sollen durch ein Büro mit den geforderten Fachrichtungen oder eine Bietergemeinschaft oder einen Hauptauftragnehmer mit Nachauftragnehmern für die Leistungsphasen 1-9 stufenweise wie folgt erbracht werden: Fachplanung für die Technische Ausrüstung (TGA) in den Anlagengruppen 1, 2 und 3 gem. der Verordnung über Honorare für Architekten und Ingenieure 2021 (HOAI) in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 als Stufenvertrag. Folgende Zeitschiene ist für Planung/Bau nach der Ausschreibung und Vergabe der General-Objektplanungsleistungen bis zum Ende des 3. Quartals 2026 - abgeschlossen Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Fachplanern bis zum 1. Quartal 2027: - Einreichen Förderantrag mit Kostenberechnung: 4. Quartal 2027 - Einreichen der Bauantrag: 1. Quartal 2028 - Erhalt Baugenehmigung: 3. Quartal 2028 - Erhalt Förderantrag:2. Quartal 2028 - Ausführungsplanung/Ausschreibung: ab 3. Quartal 2028 - Ausführungsbeginn: Bauleistungen: ab 1. Quartal 2029 - Fertigstellung: 2. Quartal 2031
