  1. Lot LOT-0001: Ausschreibung von Projektsteuerleistungen für den "CampusHafenCity"

    Der Leistungsumfang erstreckt sich über folgende Punkte: - Baubegleitendes Controlling der Qualitätssicherung inkl. Mängelmanagement, Prüfung der Ausführungsplanung auf Vertragssoll und technische & vertraglichen Beratungsleistungen bzgl. Claim-Managment und Mängelabarbeitung im Vertragsverhältnis zum Generalunternehmer (AN). Der technische Berater der Qualitätssicherung soll dabei folgende Leistungsbereiche erbringen: Planungs- und baubegleitendes Controlling 1. Der technische Berater wirkt als Qualitätssicherung, in Bezug auf die gemäß FLB vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen und Qualitäten, der Planungs- sowie der Ausführungsphasen bis hin zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an die Nutzer, die Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahme des Generalunternehmer. 2. Mängelmanagement inkl. Kommunikation zu Generalunternehmer während der Realisierung bis zur Abarbeitung aller Abnahmemängel. 3. Kommunikation mit der Vertretung vom AG der GMH, der Projektsteuerung und Projektleitung und den beauftragten Fachplanern (u.a. künstlerische Oberleitung der LPH 8) des Bauherrn (SBH). 4. Es gilt ergänzend die HOAI in der aktuell gültigen Fassung mit ihren Leistungsbildern für die Planprüfung und Objektüberwachung als Qualitätssicherung der Leistungsphasen 8.
