Der Auftrag umfasst folgende Leistungen: - Schreinerarbeiten / Tischlerarbeiten ; - Vorhangarbeiten ; - Fliesenarbeiten (Wandfliesen); - Lieferung und Montage von dekorativer Beleuchtung. Leistungsumfang im Einzelnen: 1 Empfangsbereich, Lobby, Wartebereich; 1 Veranstaltungsbereich; 11 Marktplätze inkl. Pantrys; 1 Eventküche; 1 Vorstandsteeküche; 1 Casino - Kantine, 1 Coworking Bereich. Prägende Einbauten sind: Empfangstresen, Raumtrenner fest und mobil, Sitzmöbel, Wandbekleidungen, Bühnenpodeste, Kaffeebar, Gastroeinbauten, Baffel-Decken, Pantrys, Schrankeinbauten inkl. Sitznischen, elektrische gesteuerte Vorhänge, Vorhang-Raumtrenner. Die Leistungen sind im Zeitraum vom 26.07.2027 - 03.12.2027 auszuführen.
