Für die von der Landeshauptstadt Kiel eingesetzte Software "FME Flow der Safe Software Inc." wird ein Dienstleistungskontingent durch einen Value Added Reseller und Managed Service Provider angestrebt, um den technischen Betrieb asychroner ETL-Datenstrecken im Rahmen der stadtweiten Datenintegrationsarchitektur u.a. für Infoma newssystems, die E-Akte (PDV VIS), für Online Dienste und verwaltungsinterne Prozessautomatisierungen sicherzustellen. Die Landeshauptstadt Kiel beabsichtigt, die beschriebene Leistung im Wege einer Rahmenvereinbarung zu beauftragen. Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung ergibt sich aus den jeweiligen Einzelpositionen im Leistungsverzeichnis. Die Rahmenvereinbarung endet mit dem Erreichen des Höchstwertes oder mit Zeitablauf.
