Gesucht wird im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens eine Auftragnehmerin, die auf solche Umbauten spezialisiert ist und den Auf- bzw. Abbau von beweglichen Gütern wie Tribünenanlagen, Bestuhlungen, Garderobeneinrichtungen, Tischen, Szenenflächen, Spielbanden und ähnlichem, der Versammlungsstätte spezifisch zuzuordnenden Einrichtungen übernimmt. Der Vertrag gilt für die Dauer von 3 Jahren ab Inkrafttreten und verlängert sich um ein Jahr, wenn er nicht mit einer Frist von drei Monaten vor Ablauf von einer der Parteien schriftlich gekündigt wird. Der Höchstwert des Abrufs liegt bei insgesamt 0,95 Mio. Euro netto (über die Gesamtlaufzeit).
