  1. Lot LOT-0001: D.LIVE GmbH & Co. KG - Veranstaltungstechnik 2027

    Gesucht werden im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens voraussichtlich drei Rahmenvertragspartner, die auf Veranstaltungstechnik spezialisiert sind. Der Rahmenvertrag vermittelt kein exklusives Recht. Zwischen den Rahmenvertragspartnern wird bei Einzelabrufen mit einem Auftragswert ab 20.000 Euro (netto) ein Angebotsvergleich durchgeführt. Die Bedingungen für die Auswahl werden mit dem Einzelabruf mitgeteilt. Der Vertrag gilt für die Dauer von 3 Jahren ab Inkrafttreten und verlängert sich um ein Jahr, wenn er nicht mit einer Frist von drei Monaten vor Ablauf von dem Auftraggeber schriftlich gekündigt wird. Der Höchstwert des Abrufs liegt bei insgesamt 3 Mio. Euro netto (über die Gesamtlaufzeit).
