  1. Lot LOT-0001: Beschaffung eines Stellaris-Mikroskops

    Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme eines punktscannenden konfokalen Laser-Scanning-Mikroskops für die hochauflösende Fluoreszenzbildgebung komplexer biologischer Proben unter Biosicherheitsstufe 2 (BSL-2). Das System wird für Forschungsarbeiten im Bereich der Infektionsforschung und Immunologie benötigt und soll die Analyse komplexer zellulärer und gewebebasierter Modellsysteme ermöglichen. Das Mikroskopsystem muss über eine kontinuierlich abstimmbare Laseranregung (Weißlichtlaser), eine hochempfindliche spektrale Fluoreszenzdetektion sowie eine integrierte Fluoreszenzlebensdauer-Bildgebung (FLIM) verfügen. Darüber hinaus sind eine schnelle dreidimensionale Multiplex-Bildgebung, die nahezu simultane Erfassung mehrerer Fluoreszenzkanäle sowie die spektrale Trennung und Analyse von mehr als zehn unterschiedlichen Markern erforderlich. Zudem muss das System standardisierte und benutzerfreundliche Workflows für die Aufnahme, Analyse und spektrale Entmischung komplexer Datensätze in einer Multi-User-Umgebung unterstützen.
