Gegenstand der Markterkundung ist die Identifizierung geeigneter Auftragsentwicklungs- und Herstellungsorganisationen (CDMOs) bzw. akademischer GMP-Einheiten für die Entwicklung, GMP-konforme Herstellung, Qualitätskontrolle, Freigabe, Dokumentation und Distribution eines klinischen Prüfpräparats (Investigational Medicinal Product, IMP) für eine investigatorinitiierte Phase-I-Studie am Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg. Das IMP besteht aus zwei Multi-Peptid-Cocktails mit jeweils zehn synthetischen langen Peptiden (SLP) in GMP-Qualität. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Sequenz- und Machbarkeitsbewertung, Prä-GMP-Prozess- und Formulierungsentwicklung, GMP-konforme Herstellung der Wirkstoffsubstanzen, aseptische Abfüllung und Endfertigung (Fill & Finish), Qualitätskontrollen, Stabilitätsprüfungen, Erstellung der erforderlichen CMC-Dokumentation für das IMPD, Kennzeichnung, QP-Zertifizierung, Chargenfreigabe, Lagerung sowie die GDP-konforme Distribution. Die vorgesehene Liefermenge umfasst zwei Peptid-Cocktails mit jeweils 165 Dosen. Ziel der Markterkundung ist die Ermittlung geeigneter Anbieter, der technischen Machbarkeit, der voraussichtlichen Vorlaufzeiten sowie einer geschätzten Kostenspanne.
