Lot LOT-0001: Messebau Grüne Woche 27
Das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen präsentiert sich auf der Grünen Woche (GW) 2027 in Berlin (15. - 24.01.2027) mit verschiedensten Partnern aus der Ernährungswirtschaft, der Landwirtschaft, den ländlichen Regionen, dem Gartenbau, dem Verbraucherschutz und dem Tourismus unter dem Hallenmotto "Entdecke die Vielfalt Nordrhein-Westfalens". Die Messepräsentation von NRW erfolgt auf einer angemieteten Fläche von 29*41m = 1.189 qm (Nettofläche ca. 714 qm) in der Bundesländerstraße, voraussichtlich in Halle 5.2.a. der Messe Berlin. NRW präsentiert sich dort als Gemeinschaft bestehend aus ca. 24 Mitaustellenden, die teilweise auch wechselnde Unterausteller präsentieren. Neben den Ständen als Präsentations- und Verkaufsflächen soll es eine Bühne, eine Gästelounge für die Mitausstellenden, eine Küche für das halleneigene Catering, inkl. einer zusätzlichen Kochnische zur Vorbereitung der Lebensmittel und Speisen, geben. Auf Basis der jährlichen LAVE-Evaluationen u.a. mit dem Ministerium und den Ausstellenden wurden und werden zentrale Aspekte der Optimierung der NRW-Länderhalle herausgearbeitet. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Konzeption, Planung und Bauausführung des NRW-Länderbeitrags sowie die Gestaltung und Kreativleistung von Teilbereichen für ein Messejahr, die technische und organisatorische Begleitung vor, während und nach der Messelaufzeit inkl. des Abbaus und der Einlagerung der Gegenstände. Zu erstellen ist ein finales Messebaukonzept für die Funktionsbereiche auf Grundlage der Gestaltung der Messebaukonzeption 2026 und der jährlich modifizierten Mindestanforderungen und unter Berücksichtigung der unerlässlichen Änderungen. Mit dem Ziel, eine für das Land NRW stimmige Atmosphäre der Länderhalle mit der optischen Zugehörigkeit zu Nordrhein-Westfalen zu erreichen, inklusive Verkehrswegeplanung nach den Vorgaben der Messe Berlin. - Abholung der eingelagerten Gegenstände aus 89231 Neu-Ulm Es wird eine maximale Preisobergrenze i.H.v. 260.000,00 EUR netto festgesetzt
