Lot LOT-0000: RV Audiovisuelle Kommunikationslösungen
Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind temporäre audiovisuelle Kommunikationslösungen für Veranstaltungen. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen umfassen insbesondere Streamingdienstleistungen, KI-gestützte Übersetzungslösungen sowie Guide-Tour-Lösungen / Personenführungsanlagen einschließlich der hierfür erforderlichen Hard- und Software. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet die Lieferung, Installation, Konfiguration, Inbetriebnahme und technische Betreuung der Systeme für den Einsatz bei Live - Veranstaltungen. Geschuldet wird jeweils eine betriebsfertige funktionsfähige und auf dem Veranstaltungszweck abgestimmte Gesamtlösung einschließlich aller erforderlichen Nebenleistungen, Schnittstellen, Zubehörteile sowie gegebenenfalls notwendiger Bedien- und Betreuungskomponenten. Die Leistungen sind für den temporären professionellen Veranstaltungseinsatz zu erbringen. Der AG hat sicherzustellen, dass sämtliche eingesetzten Komponenten technisch geeignet, untereinander kompatibel und für einen sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb ausgelegt sind. Die eingesetzte Streaming-Software muss die Möglichkeit bieten verschiedene Quellen in den Live-Stream einzubinden. Hierzu zählen z.B. Grafiken/Bilder, Bauchbinden, vorproduzierte Programmpunkte, Live-Inhalte aus der Bild-/Grafikregie und die Zuschaltung externer Teilnehmer. Die Gestaltung und Aufbereitung des Sendebildes ist mit entsprechenden Fachabteilungabzustimmen und vorzubereiten. Hierbei werden Punkte wie PIP, notwendige Layer, Grafiken, Bauchbinden und ausspielende Plattform besprochen. Die Leistungserbringung muss den geltenden datenschutzrechtlichen Anforderungen, insbesondere der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DS-GVO), entsprechen. Die eingesetzte Software sowie die für die Leistungserbringung erforderlichen Systeme, Infrastrukturen und Verarbeitungsvorgänge müssen so ausgestaltet sein, dass eine datenschutzkonforme Nutzung durch die Messe Berlin möglich ist. Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten soll grundsätzlich innerhalb der Europäischen Union oder des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums erfolgen. Dies umfasst insbesondere die zugrunde liegenden Hosting-, Server- und Infrastrukturstandorte. Soweit eine Verarbeitung in Drittländern vorgesehen ist, müssen die Anforderungen der Art. 44 ff. DS-GVO eingehalten und ein angemessenes Datenschutzniveau sichergestellt werden.
