    Die Oberfinanzdirektion Baden-Württemberg plant innerhalb des 2.Bauabschnittes für das Bildungszentrum ein 5-geschossiges Unterkunftsgebäude als Wohnheim II (WH II) mit 114 Zimmern und einer 3-geschossigen Erweiterung (ERW) der Finanzschule mit Mensa und Klassenräumen. Das Wohnheim wird als langgestreckter Baukörper mit einer Länge von ca. 48 m und einer Breite von ca. 14,5 m als Holzrahmenbau ausgeführt. Die Erweiterung hat eine Länge von ca. 29,5 m, eine Breite von ca. 17 m und wird als Holzskelettbau errichtet. Beide Gebäude werden mit Brettstapeldecken als Hybridkonstruktion mit Aufbeton errichtet. Grundstücksgrösse: ca. 10.400 m² Bruttorauminhalt Wohnheim: ca. 12.600 m³ + Schulerweiterung + TG: ca. 16.700 m³ BGF Wohnheim: ca. 4.000 m² + Schulerweiterung + TG: ca. 4.500 m² Nutzfläche Wohnheim: ca. 3.100 m² + Schulerweiterung + TG: ca. 4.000 m² In dieser Vergabe werden folgende Leistungen ausgeschrieben: Holzbauarbeiten - Aussenwände 2.500 qm - Innenwände 1.100 qm - Decken 4.000 qm - Dach 1.350 qm Gerüstbauarbeiten 5.500 qm Metallbau Absturzsicherungen Fenster 150 lfm Dacharbeiten - Abdichtungsarbeiten + Begrünung 1.350 qm - Blechnerarbeiten Attikaabdeckung 250 lfm Fenster- und Türenarbeiten - Holz-Aluminium 180 Stk - Aluminium 15 Stk Sonnenschutzarbeiten - Behänge 160 Stk
