    1 Stück Module lightwave component analyzer (ENAS-14.3) Messsystem für die Charakterisierung elektrooptischer Komponenten mittels elektro-optischem S-Parameter Test (Lightwave Component Analyzer). Mit dem System sollen Laser, Modulatoren, Detektoren,und integrierte Receiver charakterisiert und getestet werden können. Wichtig ist dabei eine hohe Wiederholbarkeit der Messungen ohne zwischenzeitliche Rekalibrierung. Wichtig sind vor allem folgende Eigenschaften des Messsystems: - Messmöglichkeiten: Elektrisch/Optisch, O/E, E/E und O/O - Netzwerkanalysator mit 2 Ports, Frequenzbereich bis mindestens 40 GHz - Laserwellenlänge 1550 nm und Integrationsmöglichkeit einer externen Laserquelle Optionen: 1.6 Analysator für optische Komponenten/Optischer Netzwerkanalysator automatische Kalibrierung des VNA optional als Ersatz für Pos. 1.5
