    Das Dienstgebäude der Kreisverwaltung Südliche Weinstraße soll in 4 Bauabschnitten saniert werden, wobei der 4. Bauabschnitt in die Teilabschnitte 4a und 4b unterteilt wird. Beim Gewerk Gebäudeautomation ist der Aufbau von Neuanlagen der Gebäudeautomation mit Anbindung auf eine bauseitig vorhandene Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT) zusammen mit dem Ersteller der GLT vorgesehen. Im Leistungsumfang sind u. a. enthalten: - Neuerrichtung von vier neuen MSR-Schaltschränken mit insgesamt ca. 1.100 DDC-Hardware- und Kommunikationsdatenpunkten. - Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme der MSR-Technik für zwölf neue RLT-Anlagen. - Aufschaltung der Brandschutzklappen, variablen Volumenstromregler, Abluftventilatoren und Sanitäranlagen. - Neuprogrammierung und Inbetriebnahme der MSR-technischen Funktionen. - Bereitstellung der für die GLT-Aufschaltung erforderlichen BACnet-Datenpunkte (EDE-File) sowie Durchführung eines gemeinsamen Datenpunkttests mit dem Dienstleister der bauseitig vorhandenen GLT. - Die Verkabelung erfolgt bauseits.
