Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Planung, Lieferung, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme des Rheinwassersystems (Los RLS) als zentrale wassertechnische Infrastruktur für die Flusswasser-Wärmepumpenanlage WPA2 auf dem Gelände des Großkraftwerks Mannheim (GKM). Das Los RLS umfasst insbesondere die Installation von zwei neuen Rheinwasserpumpen im bestehenden Pumpenhaus von Block 7, den Einbau einer neuen Siebbandmaschine, die Errichtung der erforderlichen Stahlrohrleitungen im Innenbereich, den Anschluss an die durch ein anderes Los verlegten GFK-Leitungen im Außenbereich sowie die Integration aller Haupt- und Nebenkomponenten in die bestehende Bauwerks- und Anlagentechnik der GKM AG. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet sämtliche Planungsarbeiten, Rohrleitungs- und Stahlbaumontagen, Fertigung und Lieferung der Komponenten, Abnahmen, Prüfungen, Inbetriebnahmeunterstützung sowie die Demontage der bestehenden Pumpen und Rohrleitungen. Ebenso umfasst das Los RLS die Installation von Prall- und Tauchwänden in der Pumpenkammer sowie die vollständige Dokumentation.

Lot LOT-0001: Lieferung, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme des Rheinwassersystems (Los RLS)
Im Rahmen der Dekarbonisierungsstrategie der MVV soll am Standort des Großkraftwerks Mannheim eine zweite Flusswasser-Wärmepumpenanlage (WPA2) mit einer thermischen Leistung von bis zu 165 MW installiert werden. Für deren Betrieb wird ein leistungsfähiges Rheinwassersystem benötigt, das die Entnahme, Vorreinigung und hydraulische Versorgung der Wärmepumpenmodule sicherstellt. Das Los RLS stellt die dafür erforderliche Infrastruktur bereit: - zwei neue Flusswasserpumpen (je 5,35 m³/s) in Rohrgehäuseausführung, - eine neue Siebbandmaschine (mind. 6 m³/s Durchsatz), - neue Rückschlagklappen, Kompensatoren, Armaturen und Instrumentierung, - Stahlrohrleitungen zur Verbindung der Pumpen mit den bereits im Außenbereich verlegten DN 1400 GFK-Leitungen (Los RLB), - bauliche Anpassungen wie Tragkonstruktionen und Führungssysteme für Siebmaschine und Absperreinrichtungen, - GFK-Prall- und Tauchwände zur Strömungsberuhigung, - Demontage der bestehenden Pumpen und Rohrleitungen. Die Anlagen des Loses RLS bilden damit die technische Grundlage für die Entnahme und Aufbereitung des Rheinwassers, das anschließend über Los GWP den Wärmepumpenmodulen zugeführt wird.
