Der Baustoff Holz wird sowohl konstruktiv als auch gestalterisch eingesetzt. Eine großflächige Fassaden- und Dachbegrünung leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Mikroklima und bietet eine hohe Qualität für den städtischen Raum.
