Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Vergabe von Fachplanungsleistungen Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gem. § 34 HOAI für die Aufstockung der katholischen Grundschule St. Martin Gebäude Bungert, sowie Erweiterung um eine Mensa und Umbaumaßnahmen im Bestand. Anlass für die Maßnahme sind erhebliche Beschädigungen eines weiteren Bestandsgebäudes aufgrund des Starkregenereignisses im Juli 2021. Die Nutzungen des beschädigten Gebäudes werden in das Bestandsgebäude "Bungert" und dessen geplante Erweiterungen überführt. Der vorhandene Schulbetrieb wird während der Maßnahme in Interimsräume verlagert, welche nicht Bestandteil der vorhandenen Ausschreibung sind. Leistungsbeginn: Unmittelbar nach Beauftragung (voraussichtlich Mai 2027). Derzeitig geplanter Projektzeitraum: Mai 2027 bis ca. Februar 2031 (ca. August 2031 inkl. Projektnachlauf).

Lot LOT-0001: Objektplanung Gebäude - KGS St. Martin
Die erforderliche Planungsleistung umfasst das folgende Leistungsbild: - Fachplanung Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gem. § 34 HOAI (LPH1-9) Die Brutto-Grundfläche für die Aufstockung des 1.OG"s beträgt ca. 561 m2. Für die Erweiterung um die Mensa im EG ist eine Brutto-Grundfläche von ca. 265 m2 vorgesehen. Die Mensa ist für einen Betrieb zum Aufwärmen von Speisen des Cook & Chill Konzepts mit zusätzlicher Spülküche auszulegen. Dabei ist die vorhandene Küchentechnik aus einem weiteren Bestandsgebäude in die Erweiterung umzuziehen. Die vorläufige Kostenannahme angelehnt an die Planungsskizze setzt sich wie folgt zusammen: Kostengruppe / Kosten (EUR, brutto) KG 200 / 48.000 KG 300 / 2.126.000 KG 400 / 505.000 KG 500 / 36.000 Summe 200-500 / 2.715.000 Bei dem Bereich Mensa handelt es sich um eine Wiederaufbaumaßnahme im Rahmen des Starkregenereignisses aus 2021, welche aus Fördermitteln finanziert wird. Aus diesem Grund sind Kostenermittlungen für diesen Bereich Innerhalb des Gesamtprojekts in allen Leistungsphasen getrennt auszuweisen. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Fachplanungsleistung, angelehnt an HOAI Leistungsphasen 1-4 und 5-9. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung der weiteren bzw. aller Leistungsphasen besteht nicht.
