  1. Lot LOT-0001: Verlängerung Matrix42 Lizenzen mit Addons und Beratungsleistung

    Die KBV beabsichtigt, die vorhandenen Matrix42-Lizenzen für das Software Asset Management (SAM) sowie die neo42-Abonnements für das Service Management Depot (SMD) und das Application Package Depot (APD) zu verlängern. Zusätzlich sollen die vorhandenen Lizenzen um das Matrix42 Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) erweitert werden. Außerdem wird Beratungsleistung für das IT-Lizenzmanagement mit Matrix42 beauftragt. Da Matrix42 sein Lizenzmodell auf ein Mietmodell umgestellt hat, können die bestehenden SAM-Lizenzen nicht über eine Wartungsverlängerung fortgeführt werden. Es sind daher folgende Positionen anzubieten: - Matrix42: Software Asset Management Advanced OnPremise, SKU SWM26301UA, 650 User (user based license) - Matrix42: Unified Endpoint Management 2026 OnPremise, SKU SWM26002UA, 650 User (user based license) - Matrix42: LIS Premium DATA, SKU SMPL0162OI, 1 Stück - neo42: Service Management Depot (SMD), SKU SMPL0255VI, 1 Stück - neo42: Application Package Depot (APD) + 1 Bridge für Matrix42 UEM/Empirum, 1 Stück - Beratungsleistung IT-Lizenzmanagement mit Matrix42, 12 Personentage Die Laufzeit der Matrix42-Lizenzen beträgt 3 Jahre ab dem 01.01.2027 (01.01.2027 – 31.12.2029). Die Laufzeit der neo42-Abonnements beginnt am 23.07.2027 bis zum 31.12.2029. Die Beratungsleistung kann ab dem 01.01.2027 bedarfsorientiert in Einheiten von max. 0,5 PT abgerufen werden. Alle angebotenen Matrix42-Lizenzen sind bei Matrix42 auf die KBV zu registrieren. Die Lizenzen gelten für selbstverwaltete Systeme (OnPremise).
