Lot LOT-0001: BEW-Transformationsplan Wärmenetz Templin Süd
Die FWG Fernwärmegesellschaft mbH Templin beabsichtigt die Dekarbonisierung des Wärmenetzes Templin Süd (Wärmeabsatz rd. 6.250 MWh/a, Anschlussleistung rd. 3,47 MW), unter anderem durch Tiefengeothermie. Beschafft werden Leistungen aus einer Hand: Pos. 1 Generalkoordination und Energiesystemmodellierung; Pos. 2 Planung Tiefengeothermie einschließlich Bohrplatz, Thermalwasserkreislauf, Wärmepumpenanlage und Betriebsgebäude bis HOAI-LP 4 einschließlich Genehmigungsplanung; Pos. 3 Erstellung des Transformationsplans nach der Bundesförderung für effiziente Wärmenetze (BEW), Modul 1. Optional Pos. 4: Planungsleistungen entsprechend HOAI-LP 5 bis 8 (Ausführungsplanung, Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe, Objekt- und Bauüberwachung); aufschiebend bedingt durch einen Zuwendungsbescheid BEW-Modul 2 und Abruf durch die Auftraggeberin, kein Anspruch auf Beauftragung. Leistungszeitraum Pos. 1 bis 3: 01.04.2027 bis 15.02.2028. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung.
