    Metallbaufassade - Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Kernsanierung des denkmalgeschützten Bestandsgebäude "Spinnerei" der Hochschule Niederrhein auf der Webschulstr. 24 in Mönchengladbach. Hierbei sind vom AN Metallbauarbeiten Fassade im beschriebenen Umfang zu erbringen. Hierbei handelt es sich um folgende Hauptmassen: - Fenster EG Liefern und montieren einer festverglasten Pfosten-Riegel-Fassadenkonstruktion bestehend aus: Zwei Einzelelementen in Einzelabmessungen von B = 2,80m - 5,50m x H = 2,60m, sowie einem Element zur Aufnahme einer Schiebtürkonstruktion Gesamtanlagenbreite 10,48m (25m2) - Lichtband OG Liefern und montieren einer festverglasten Pfosten-Riegel-Fassadenkonstruktion bestehend aus: 12 Stck Einzelelementen in Einzelabmessungen von B = bis 5,50m x H = 2,60m, Gesamtanlagenbreite ca. 60m (160m2) - Lichtband OG unterer/ oberer Anschluss Herstellen des Baukörperanschlusses u.a. der vorgenannten Pfosten - Riegel Konstruktion (oben/unten je 55m)
