Energetisch entspricht das Ottilienbad nicht mehr dem aktuellen Stand der Technik. Infolge der gestiegenen Energie- und Betriebskosten sowie der vorhandenen bautechnischen Defizite ist die zukünftige Betreibung stark gefährdet.
