Die Stadtwerke Lübeck Gruppe GmbH (SWL Gruppe) ist mit ihren Tochterunternehmen der führende Energieversorger im Wirtschaftsraum Lübeck. Aufgestellt und ausgerichtet als Multi-Utility-Unternehmen verfügen die Stadtwerke Lübeck (Konzern) über ein umfassendes energiewirtschaftliches Produktportfolio und eine effiziente Netzinfrastruktur in der Hansestadt Lübeck und einigen Nachbargemeinden. Zudem wird der Personennahverkehr einschließlich des Fährbetriebs durch den Konzern der Stadtwerke Lübeck abgedeckt. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags mit einem Bieter über die Prüfung der Jahresabschlüsse der Stadtwerke Lübeck - Konzerngesellschaften (siehe Ziffer 5.1.6 dieser Bekanntmachung) inkl. des Konzernabschlusses für die Jahre 2027 bis 2031. Der Auftraggeber behält sich die Option zur Verlängerung der Prüfungsleistungen für das Jahr 2032 vor.
