Lot LOT-0001: OEW Breitband GmbH - Vergabe Mehrparteienrahmenvertrag für IT- und Beratungsdienstleistungen
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beschaffung eines für den Auftraggeber im Einzelfall kurzfristig und ohne Notwendigkeit der Durchführung eines langen förmlichen Vergabeverfahrens anrufbaren Auftragnehmer-Pools für die effiziente Beauftragung von IT- und Beratungsdienstleistungen zur Optimierung der oben beschrieben Aktivitäten des Auftraggebers in bestimmten Aufgabenfeldern und Schwerpunkten. Der Auftraggeber koordiniert den auftraggebereigenen geförderten Glasfaserausbau in sechs Landkreisen in Baden-Württemberg. Er baut nicht selbst, sondern steuert und kontrolliert externe General-übernehmer (GÜ), Generalunternehmer (GU), Planungsbüros und weitere Partner. Vor dem Hintergrund eines geplanten Bauvolumens von rund 1,6 Mrd. EUR und einer Projektlaufzeit der Bauvorhaben bis 2032 stößt die bisherige Projektsteuerung an ihre Grenzen. Um den deutlich gestiegenen Anforderungen Rechnung zu tragen, wird eine Toollandschaft benötigt, die die Kernprozesse entlang der Wertschöpfungskette durchgängig unterstützt.
