    Kurzbeschreibung der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen: Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen die schlüsselfertige Planung, Lieferung und Errichtung eines Laborgebäudes für die Digitale Pathologie der Uniklinik RWTH Aachen in Modulbauweise im Innenhof 1 auf Ebene -2. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet sämtliche Planungs-, Koordinations-, Montage- und Bauleistungen einschließlich Baustelleneinrichtung, Modulbau, Ausbaugewerke sowie die vollständige technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA). Darüber hinaus sind alle erforderlichen Prüfungen, Nachweise, Inbetriebnahmen, Dokumentationen und behördlichen Abstimmungen bis zur betriebsfertigen Übergabe des Gebäudes Bestandteil der Ausschreibung.
